Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or operational issues.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.

Lost, Damaged & Stolen Packages

  • If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

  • Carrier-related delays, losses, or issues must be handled through the shipping carrier.
